Autour de la solution Office 365, Cyllene a développé trois offres pour vous accompagner dans la gestion de votre environnement Office 365 : Une solution de migration complète, s’appuyant notamment sur l’expertise de l’expérience de nombreuses migrations. Afin de vous accompagner dans la gestion de votre environnement Office 365, Cyllene propose deux options d’exploitation de Office 365 et de sécurité et une offre OnDemand, totalement sur mesure selon vos besoins et votre problématique.
Les équipes Cyllene vous accompagnent à chaque étape de votre migration. Un Chef de projet dédié suit le planning et vous livre des comptes rendus et un dossier d’architecture technique. Les équipes prennent ensuite en charge la création du tenant Office 365 puis mènent la phase pilote de laquelle découlera le plan de déploiement.
La migration s’effectue progressivement grâce à la mise en place de l’hybride ou des outils de migration. Après validation du pilote IT, les équipes de Cyllene assisteront votre société à la migration des VIP. Suite à la migration, un transfert de compétences est assuré auprès des personnes en charge de la gestion de Office 365.
Des livrables vous seront remis parmi lesquels : Project Vision / Scope, Requirements Documentation, Detailed Design, Deployment Plan, Cahier des tests et documents d’exploitation. Un planning prévisionnel est également délivré de manière systématique.
