Cyllene’s teams are there to support you at every stage of your migration. A dedicated Project Leader monitors the schedule and provides you with reports and a technical architecture case file. The teams then take responsibility for creating the Microsoft 365 tenant before running the pilot phase that will lead to the deployment plan.
Migration is carried out in stages, implementing the hybrid or the migration tools. Once the IT pilot has been validated, Cyllene’s teams will help your company with its VIP migration. When migration is complete, we make sure that skills are transferred to the people in charge of Microsoft 365 management.
You will be provided with deliverables such as: Project Vision/Scope, Requirements Documentation, Detailed Design, Deployment Plan, Test cases and operating documents. A projected schedule is also delivered systematically.
