After a scorching summer, let's expect an equally hot autumn with a shortage of just about everything, starting with energy of course - the kind we put in our engines, but obviously also the kind that feeds human beings, since the shortage of resources seems even more glaring than that of petrol, gas or electricity... A shortage that we're trying to stem with a lot of aid and subsidies, but isn't it precisely the opposite that should be practiced in order to revitalize everything?
